beautiful hotel updated room really good service
The hotel is beautiful. It reminds me of italy. our room was updated and comfortable. the service was really good. i attended sensorio, a light show a few miles away. It was very nice!
the spa was small and did not offer other amenities like a steam room though i hoped it would.

friendly smile marble statues excellent amenities pet menu
the staff greeted us with smiles. each staff member asked about our day and offered assistance. the architecture resembles tuscany with marble statues and amazing artwork. our rescue dog enjoyed the pet bed and pet menu at cello restaurant.
the gym equipment was somewhat limited.

beautiful architecture fine artwork excellent pet menu
i really enjoyed my time. the hotel has beautiful architecture and artwork. the courtyard was nice at night. the pet bed and pet menu at cello restaurant were great for my dog.
i noticed some minor issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room.
